Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
PURCHASES -
All information on the website is as accurate as possible and we try to ensure you have all the information you need to make a great purchase. Photographs are as representative as possible, although different monitors may display colours differently and due to the manufacturing process of the raw materials, there may be variances in the shade of colour. It is your responsibility to select the right colour, quantities and size for you. More information about measurements can be found HERE.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
RETURNS -
I am happy to accept returns or exchanges as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery and send those items back within 30 days and the item is in the same condition it was sent. Each piece is made by myself so once work has started I am no longer able to accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I can’t accept returns of intimate items such as earrings for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return an item, any return postage costs are your responsibility.
