Pre-Orders
We understand how important it is to be able to get everything you need for a big project, especially when working with anodised aluminium where colour matching is important, and at a good price. So let me introduce our pre-order scheme. To ensure they run as smoothly as possible, orders are placed via email and invoice so they are separate from the website stock - which means you don’t need to worry about the items selling out.
When are pre-orders open?
Our current timetable for 2026 is:-
12th - 16th January
7th - 13th March
18th - 22nd May
13th - 17th July
7th - 11th September
You mentioned a good price, tell me more
Our pre-order scheme is a great way to get bulk pricing on your larger projects. There is a £100 minimum order threshold with free shipping and the discounts work on a tier system.
£150+ = 5% discount and free delivery
£200+ = 10% discount and free special delivery
£250+ = 15% discount and free special delivery
What information do you need?
When you email us, please include all the details you can of the items you need - material, size, colour, amount needed. If you’re not sure, let us know and we can help you. Once we have all the details, we’ll check to make sure what is available and then send the invoice.
I’ve got the invoice, now what?
Check the invoice thoroughly, miscommunication can happen and it’s far easier to correct before it is paid. Once it is paid, the order is accepted and is final. The exception being that if an item goes out of stock at any time during the process, then it is refunded to the source you paid with. Invoices need to be paid before we place the order with the manufacturer and you can pay the invoice using any of the payment methods offered on the website. If you decide to change your mind or cancel, this can be done up until the Monday after pre-orders close.
That’s great, when will I get my order?
Although we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates due to delays out of our control, the timeline is roughly :-
1st week - pre-orders are open
Monday following the pre-orders closing - the order is placed with the manufacturer
2nd - 3rd week - manufacturer processes the order and ships the order
4th week - the order arrives and we check everything and begin processing pre-orders
5th week - we aim to get the pre-orders sent out
If there are further delays, we’ll keep you updated via email.
Once you receive your order, you may notice multiple quantities are bagged together, we do this to reduce packaging where we can. On the label, you’ll notice a little ‘x 5’ for example if you’ve ordered 500 rings. Don’t panic if you just see one big bag of rings rather than five little bags.
If you’d like further information or to place your order, please email contact@wraithmaille.co.uk and make sure you are signed up to our mailing list to be first in line (don’t worry, your info is safe with us and we are fully GDPR compliant).
